1.1 Overview
We offer free global shipping on all orders from Jolaprint. Our products can be shipped to most countries worldwide. Shipping times vary based on location and product type, but all orders are tracked and supported with clear timelines.
1.2 Production Timeline
Production begins after a 12-hour hold period. Most products are produced within 3–6 business days. Delays during high-volume seasons or due to quality control are rare but possible.

- Domestic (US/EU): 5–12 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Some countries may have limited tracking once the package is handed to the destination country’s postal system.
1.4 Countries We Ship To
We ship to nearly all countries worldwide. However, due to carrier or customs limitations, there may be restrictions on select destinations. Orders to countries with unstable logistics may not have full tracking visibility.
1.5 Tracking and Delivery
You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update. Orders shipped to PO Boxes and military addresses are supported, but delivery may take longer (up to 45 days).
2. Shipping Warranty
2.1 What We Cover
- Package integrity: Replacements provided for damage during transit
- Lost packages: We will replace or refund orders lost in transit
- Stolen packages: Covered up to $150 with police report, delivery confirmation, and correct address
2.2 Claims and Process

- Acts of God (e.g. floods, natural disasters)
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- Unforeseen customs delays or political disruptions
3. Common FAQs
- Shipping Method: USPS, UPS, DHL — All orders ship free with standard service. Express shipping not required.
- Multiple Addresses: Please place separate orders for separate destinations.
- Taxes & Duties: Customers are responsible for applicable taxes and duties in their region.
