Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled after reaching the production stage. Vendors typically begin production within 12 hours.

If your order has an address issue and you do not update it within 3 days, it will be canceled.

Orders not received within the maximum shipping timeframe are considered lost. Claims must be submitted within 60 days.

Requests must include photo evidence. Costs may be covered by Jolaprint or the customer depending on the situation.

Requests must be made within 14 business days. Provide clear photos and use our contact form or email [email protected].

Submit the following depending on product type:

Measurement guide: chest, body length, sleeve length—see original instructions.

Minor size variances (within 2″) are acceptable. Tolerance depends on manufacturers.

Returns are not accepted. Reshipping/reprints only if permitted by vendor.

No exchanges due to print-on-demand structure and lack of inventory.

Like-for-like substitutions will be made if original items are out of stock. No refund/replacement for approved substitutes.

No bulk discounts or wholesaling available.

Custom inserts/packaging are not available due to third-party vendor fulfillment.
